Most people get it all wrong when looking to climb the ranks in their business.

They often work with the people at the top of their organisation and forget the people at the bottom.

Imagine this…

You are holding a piece of paper all rolled up.

With your left hand you hold the bottom part as you light the top part with a lighter.

After the flame has hit the paper the fire starts, but slowly dies.

It has nowhere to go.

Now imagine you take another piece of paper, same size, all scrolled up. But this time you grab it from the top and light it from the bottom.

The flame hits the paper and the fire starts, but begins to grow and climb up the paper.

You have the drop the paper as it is all ablaze.

This is how you climb the ranks and set your business on fire.

You look for the people in the team who are one sale from their next rank, usually the first few ranks.

Find those who need one new team member, $100 in volume or one sale in their organisation.

Work with them and their active upline to make it happen.

That added volume could move the upline closer to their next rank, allowing you to push them to make it happen before the month is over.

When this becomes an organisational habit during the last week of the month you will see volumes grow, rank advancements increase and pay checks double.

Most people need to be pushed, so find the reason that allows them to be pushed through leadership and not desperation.

You will climb the ranks when you focus on the little guy at the bottom of the organisation instead of the big guy at the top.
