Is it TIME FOR A CHANGE, In The Most Incredible Industry In The World?

MLM is an interesting profession, and it definitely gets more interesting to watch on a global perspective as time goes by, where many have an opinion Network Marketing because their uncle Joe joined a get-rich-quick-thing and it didn’t work out, obviously.

What was in the 1960s to about 2000s considered as “long term”, is now not even comprehendible for someone making it happen in Network Marketing, most people don’t think further than the next month these days and “long term” have turned into a term, maximum 1 year.

What was considered as “culture” in Network Marketing based on Loyalty, Character, Moral, Growth, Building a Long Term Free Enterprise, Putting people first, Having a partnership with your up-line and Focus on the right mentorship trainings; have overall turned into how someone can get the most people on a Zoom call and promote the next new company instead of truly make people understand the opportunity in starting your own business.

What was once considered; Showing the plan, being fired up about the future, sharing the vision and the possibility with Network Marketing, that everyone starts the same on equal grounds and we can work towards the DREAM together. That every conversation leads to activity, and the right people will show up, if we show up and show the plan; have now turned into “Every conversation might lead me to the next great company deal”.

A legend is no longer someone that made a huge impact and stayed consistent over time, having testimonials coming out of the mentorship, but someone that has one time made a quick fat income with his new company.

I joined this profession in 2010, and all I understood was that this is the industry where I, the average guy, could make it big. I had a person that believed in me, that could teach me the right values and skillsets, he simply gave me the plan. There’s no such thing as business values, relationship values or family values. Your LIFE VALUES reflect in every area of your life. In network marketing people talking about having good business values, but if they’re a douchebag at home it is reflecting in their business. If you’re not treating people well in business and taking shortcuts, you’re most likely having a horrible family situation too, it’s all connected. Learn and apply the right values to live after, and you will experience growth.

We are so caught up in everyone and everything around us, that there is no energy left to focus on the right things anymore. This is my personal true Purpose and Mission. Brining back the true values of what Network Marketing is all about. Growth, Partnership with your up-line, Loyalty towards your people, the right Personal Development, Developing a good Character; the best version of YOU that you would like to be mentored by. Helping people to never let go of their dreams, and if planted in the right environment, the only price you pay is time if you stick to these key principals.

  1. So true that many come in just to try and make a quick buck in the next shiny object instead of committing to work on things for a long time and experiencing true growth and development. Too many also show up as well and think the money will just show up just for their being present and not doing any work.

It’s called netWORK marketing for a reason!
